Return Eligibility

  • The item received does not match the order

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition with box, tags, and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or worn footwear

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  2. Share your order details and clear photos/videos of the product

  3. Our support team will review and confirm eligibility

  4. Once approved, return the item as per instructions provided

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit, as applicable

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Customers may exchange for size, color, or model (price differences may apply)

  • Exchange shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
